Snoozing Conversations for Future Follow-Ups

The Snooze feature is perfect for scheduling follow-ups in the future, allowing you to temporarily remove a conversation from your active inbox without losing track of it. Follow these simple steps to snooze a conversation:

  • Navigate to the top-right corner of your inbox and click on "Snooze".

  • Choose the duration for snoozing—either a specific number of days or months.

  • To review all snoozed conversations, click on the "Snoozed" filter in the dropdown menu in the inbox. This view will display a comprehensive list of snoozed conversations, complete with follow-up dates, ensuring you never miss a scheduled outreach.

Closing Conversations:

When you determine that a lead is not the right fit for your business, you can use the Close feature to declutter your inbox and focus on higher-priority prospects. Here’s how to close a conversation:

  1. Locate the "Unsnooze" option in the conversation toolbar.

  2. Click on "Close" to remove the conversation from your active list.

Reopening Conversations

If you wish to revisit a closed or snoozed conversation, Leadoku makes it easy to re-open the dialogue:

  1. Navigate to the "Snoozed" or "Closed" section from the dropdown menu.

  2. Select the conversation you wish to re-engage with and click on "Reopen".
