The Leadoku bot operates in two primary cycles to ensure your marketing efforts run smoothly and efficiently. By understanding these cycles and how to rescan messages manually, you can stay on top of your LinkedIn inbox and maintain strong connections with your prospects.

Leadoku Bot Cycles

πŸ‘‰ 1st Cycle: Sending Invites

This cycle starts with sending invites to your prospects. Each account sets the starting time to run campaigns daily. If you need to set up this setting, please visit Select Specific Sending Days for Invites and Nurturing Messages.

πŸ‘‰ 2nd Cycle: Saving Responses

The second cycle involves scanning LinkedIn inboxes and adding responses to the Leadoku inbox. Messages received on LinkedIn will appear within 24 hours. If you need to view messages immediately, you can rescan messages manually.

Please note that conversations in the inbox are not synced live with LinkedIn because we need to scan the LinkedIn inbox of each user to retrieve such information. We scan conversations every hour during working hours (campaign start time in client settings plus 8 hours).

We also have the ability to initiate the scanning (during non-working hours or at any time) manually by clicking the refresh button. Once this is clicked, the scanning is initiated, but it might take up to 15 minutes to be completed, so it’s not immediate.

How to Rescan Messages Manually

  1. Navigate to the Leadoku Inbox.

  2. Click the 'sync button' to run the bot immediately.

    3. New messages will appear in your inbox.

By staying informed about the Leadoku bot cycles and knowing how to rescan messages manually, you can optimize your LinkedIn marketing efforts and maintain strong connections with your prospects.
