Effective marketing automation relies on continuous improvement and the introduction of new features. Leadoku now offers two innovative ways to send nurturing messages within your campaigns, leveraging Tags and Actions for better targeting and engagement.

Nurturing by Tags

The new "Tags" and "Campaigns" fields allow for precise targeting.

  • By selecting tags (e.g., "Positive"), the bot sends nurturing messages to all 1st-degree connections with matching tags.

  • By choosing specific campaigns, the bot selects 1st-degree connections from those campaigns with the chosen tags.
    ​

Nurturing by Actions

The "Action" and "Campaigns" fields enable action-based targeting.

  • By selecting an action (e.g., "Clicked"), the bot sends nurturing messages to all 1st-degree connections who performed the chosen action.

  • By choosing specific campaigns, the bot targets 1st-degree connections from those campaigns that performed the selected action.

How to Create Campaigns Using Tags and Actions

Follow these simple steps to create and optimize your nurturing campaigns using Tags and Actions:

  1. Log in to your Leadoku account and navigate to the Nurturing Campaigns section.

  2. Click "Create New Campaign" and enter a name for your campaign.

  3. Choose either "By Tag" or "By Action" to determine your campaign's targeting method.

  4. For "By Tag" campaigns, select the desired tags and campaigns from the respective fields.

  1. For "By Action" campaigns, select the desired action and campaigns from the respective fields.

  1. Complete the remaining campaign setup steps, including crafting your nurturing message.

  2. Review your campaign settings and click "Save" to activate your campaign.
