How to Integrate Leadoku with Zapier

How to set up your zap:

  1. Visit this link > Accept Invite & Build a Zap



  2. Select Create > 'New Zap' in your Zapier account.


2. Change trigger to: Leadoku (1.0.0)


3. Select an Event: New Responder, New Connection, New Message, Non Responder.



4. Select your Account - Sign in to your Leadoku account to get your analytics code

🤓 How to Find Your Analytics Code

  • You can find your analytics code on your Campaign Dashboard, below your account settings > Click the three dots icon on the top right> then click "More Details"

  • A new window will open with the stats page > Copy the analytics code.

  • Paste the analytics code in the pop-up window > Click Yes, Continue to Leadoku (1.0.0)



5. Test your step to confirm it's syncing the right data > Click continue.


6. Select the Trigger you would like to set up.

7. To test if the connection was successful > Click Test trigger > Continue with Selected Records.


8. Click Continue with Selected Records.


9. From Step #2 (Action) > Select your CRM and the action event to 'Create/Update Contact,' depending on the options offered for creating contacts.


7. Connect your CRM user account from the Choose Account step.

8. Insert the data from Leadoku to the appropriate contact information fields. For example, for the contact email field, select the email example. There are required fields and optional fields, depending on your CRM settings.


9. Once the contact information is added > send a test and check if the contact was created in your CRM.

10. Name your Zap and toggle it 'On.'
