Simple Integration: Connect Leadoku with HubSpot CRM

Effortlessly link Leadoku with HubSpot CRM for enhanced lead management and sales efficiency. Follow these straightforward steps to get started:


Steps to Integrate Leadoku with HubSpot CRM

  1. Access Account Settings:

  • Go to your Leadoku account settings.

  • Navigate to "Connect CRM" and select HubSpot.


2. Connect to HubSpot:

  • Click the "Connect" button.

  • Sign in to your HubSpot account or create one if you don't have an account yet.

  • Choose your Leadoku account and Confirm the integration.



3. Configure HubSpot Integration:


After connecting, you will see the following UI to configure the HubSpot connection:

  • HubSpot User: Choose the HubSpot user.

  • HubSpot Custom Field for LinkedIn Profile URL of the Contact: Set which field in HubSpot contact details includes the LinkedIn URL. This helps Leadoku update the LinkedIn URL in GX records. In the example, the property set up in HubSpot is "LinkedIn profile".

Information Synced Between Leadoku and HubSpot

  1. Sync Connections to HubSpot

  • What it does: Moves your Leadoku connections to HubSpot as contacts with the same detailed information.

  • Details: The following information is synced:

    • ID

    • Connection date

    • Response

    • Full conversation history

    • User details

    • Receiver's location

    • LinkedIn URL

    • Twitter URL

    • Websites

    • Birthday

    • Campaign details


2. Sync Deals from HubSpot to Leadoku

  • What it does: When you update deal stages in HubSpot, it assigns specific tags in Leadoku.

Examples:

  • Booked demo becomes "booked-demo"

  • Completed demo becomes "completed-demo"

  • Closed deal becomes "closed-deal"

  • Hot lead becomes "hot-lead"

  • Lost lead becomes "qualified-lost-lead"

  • Qualified lead becomes "soft-lead"


3. Add Contacts from HubSpot to Leadoku

  • What it does: Allows you to add contacts from HubSpot to Leadoku for specific campaigns.

  • Details: Uses the email from HubSpot to add contacts and sync LinkedIn URLs.

  • How to Add Contacts:

    1. In HubSpot, navigate to the contact you want to add.

    2. Click on the "Add Contact to Leadoku Campaign" button.

    3. Select the appropriate Leadoku account.

    4. Click "Save" to add the contact.


4. HubSpot Tagging

  • What it does: Contacts imported from HubSpot are tagged “HubSpotSource" for easy identification within Leadoku.
