How to Mention a Team Member
Leave a Note:
In the Leadok inbox conversation, type your note in the designated note area.
Use the "@" symbol followed by the team member’s name to mention them in the note.

Notification Timing:
A few minutes after tagging the team member, an email notification will be sent to the mentioned team member’s email.
Email Content:
The email will contain the note and a link to the conversation, prompting the team member to check and respond if necessary.
