With the 'Inbox Feature,' you can easily manage your LinkedIn messages, tag hot leads, and respond to prospects, all within the Leadoku App.

The Leadoku Inbox is conveniently located on the left side panel under 'Connections.'

If you have multiple users, you can switch between them by clicking on the user's name at the top of the message list panel. Each user will have the number of unread messages displayed next to their name.

You'll find the count of unread messages in that tab. (Currently, we only display conversations that contain at least one response from the lead.)

  • Unread messages are indicated with a red dot; you can mark them as read or unread by clicking on the eye symbol next to the message.

  • You can easily scroll through your conversations in the list, with the current conversation highlighted in blue.

  • In the current conversation, your messages appear in purple, while the receiver's messages are shown in grey. There are date and time stamps indicating when a message was received, sent, or when the prospect connected.

  • Hover your mouse over the info button to view the prospect's job title.

  • Tag interesting receivers as hot-lead or any other tag you like. Make sure you use the same tag for a group of leads. The default tags are 'positive', 'not positive' 'hot-lead', and 'closed deal'. You can also define your own tag with free text.

  • You can then export this group of tagged connections through the Connections tab.


​Note when Replying to messages:

  • When you respond to a prospect in the app, the message will be visible in the conversation with the status 'waiting to be sent'. Once the message has been successfully sent, it will show the updated date and time.
